The Big-Toe "Procedure" is characterized by a "bump on the outside of the big toe" (see figure)called pinch callus- which is caused by a bone spur. This pinched callus is often the culprit from damaging hosery and socks! In addition the underlying spur may cause nerve impingement especially with tight dress shoes or heels resulting in nerve impingement syndrome "neuroma".
Dr. Hilaire has invented and modified a minimally invasive procedure that will not only reduce the spur but also remove the ingrown border associated with this deformity...and you can wear regular shoes in 3 days. This technique can be used for corns on the little toe as well.
